Ken Erickson is a life-long Escondido resident and has been working in the profession of architecture in Southern California for more than 35 years. He has been a licensed architect for 28 years.
APPROACH
Ken Erickson is driven by purity of materials and the honesty of structure that is informed by the forces of topography, climate, landscape, and built context. Whether school campuses, private homes, residential developments, or commercial buildings, Erickson strives to embrace the occupant’s needs, human scale, and use natural light to animate spaces.
Erickson endeavors to unite landscape with structure and was inspired to pursue a career in architecture after a trip to the Northern California Sea Ranch Development.
